This is my families favorite meat loaf, also the office where I work. Great left over and for sandwiches. Nothing like the "old fashion" meat loaf but very good. I think it is better.

Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 1 pound good hamburger
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 - bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, diced
How To Make cottage meat loaf

Step 1BEAT EGG AND ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL (USING YOUR HANDS). SHAPE INTO ONE LARGE LOAF OR 2 SMALLER LOAVES.

Step 2TOPPING:1/2 C CATSUP, 1TBS. PREPARED MUSTARD AND 2 TBSP. BROWN SUGAR. MIX THIS WELL AND SPREAD OVER LOAVES.

Step 3BAKE 350* 1 HOUR COVERED FOR FIRST 30 MINUTES. REMOVE FOIL AND FINISH BAKING.
