Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup cornflakes, crushed into crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 dash black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth (or vegetable broth or water)
- 1-2 tablespoon vegetable oil (for browning the patties)
How To Make cornflake salisbury steak

Step 1Combine the lean ground beef, egg, chopped onion, milk, cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties. Roll in flour and brown in hot oil.

Step 2Place in a baking dish; combine the cream of mushroom soup and broth, then pour over the meat patties.

Step 3Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
