  • 1 bottle
    (1 liter) ginger ale

How to Make Corned Beef in Ginger Ale

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the meat in a large pot, add the ginger ale, cover and cook until about one hour.
  2. Optional; Serve with a dollop of mango chutney, tomato relish, a mustard.
    Tip: a general rule of thumb for corned beef is to allow 30 minutes per pound.
