small onion, chopped

ranch style beans
1 can(s)
whole kernal corn, drained
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes. i put mine in blender and puree.
2 c
cheddar cheese, grated
2 pkg
cornbread mix, mix as directed

How to Make Cornbread Casserole


  • 1Preheat oven to 400. Grease 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Brown ground meat and chopped onions in skillet and drain. Add ranch style beans,rotel tomatoes and corn. Season with salt and pepper. Heat well. I puree my rotel tomatoes because my family doesnt like the chunky tomatoes.
  • 2Put meat mixture in casserole dish. Top with grated cheese evenly on top.
  • 3On separate bowl mix cornbread mixes as directed on package. Bake in 400 degree oven until cornbread mix is golden brown on top and done.
