I got this from a friend back in the 60's when I was in college.Everyone I cook it for wants the recipe.It is easy and tastes great!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, or 1/2 teaspoon
- 2 dashes tobasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 can tomatoe sauce (8oz)
- 1 can tomatoe paste (6oz)
- 3 cans water (60z)
- 1-3 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 cup precooked rice
- - fritos corn chips
How To Make corn chip tacos

Step 1Saute ground beef, onion, and garlic in butter until brown. Mix in all remaining ingredients except corn chips, and simmer for 30 minutes uncovered. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Cover and remove from heat, and let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 2Serve meat mixture over corn chips. Top with grated cheese, chopped onions,tomatoes,olives and sour cream, or whatever you think sounds good.
