Ingredients
- 4 - sirloin steaks
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 4 slices danish ham
- 4 slices blue cheese
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- - bread crumbs
- - butter
- - lemon, garnish
- - parsley for garnish
How To Make cordon bleu

Step 1Pound steaks until approximately 4x7 inches.

Step 2Spread with mustard.

Step 3Top each with slice of ham and cheese. (Both slices smaller than steaks)

Step 4Fold steaks over, secure with skewers.

Step 5Mix flour with spices.

Step 6Dip each steak in flour on both sides, then in egg, finally in bread crumbs.

Step 7Fry in butter for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Step 8Garnish.

Step 9Serve with vegetables.
