This recipe was created the same way that most homecook recipes are..whatever is on hand in the kitchen. It was "thrown" together today and turned out awesome.

  • 1 1/2 lb
    lean ground chuck
  • 1/2
    small red onion, diced
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcherster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    heinz 57 sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    a-1 steak sauce
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 6
    miami onion rolls (any onion roll would do)
  • ·
    favorite toppings
  • ·
    a touch of love

How to Make Connie's awesome burgers


  1. Put all ingredients (except onion rolls) into a bowl.
  2. Lightly toss together.
  3. Form into 6 rounded patties.
  4. Put into freezer for 1/2 hour.
  5. Grill (or pan fry) for 10-13 minutes, turning when needed.
  6. Take burgers off grill.
  7. Split onion rolls and place on grill for about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Take buns off the grill. Top with your faviorite toppings. I used lettuce, tomato, mayo & mustard.
  9. Enjoy:)
