This was attached to the package of ground chuck that I bought to make spaghetti with. You can use chicken, too.

- - 1 lb. ground chuck
- - 2 t. chili powder
- - 11 oz. can corn, drained
- - 1 cup chunky salsa
- - 12 taco shells, warmed
- - shredded jack cheese, thinly sliced lettuce, sliced ripe olives, chopped tomatoes
How To Make confetti beef tacos

Step 1Brown meat in large skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes or unto beef is not pink. Drain off fat. Season with chili powder and 1/2 t. salt.

Step 2Stir in corn and salsa; heat through. Serve in shells with toppings.
