1Brown ground chuck, chopped onion,italian seasoning, salt and pepper, and minced garlic in the vegatable oil. Drain well.
2While the hambuger mixture is cooking, prepare the noodles according to package directions. Drain. Mix cream of mushroom soup with one can of water.
3In a greased casserole dish or baking pan combine hamburger mixture, noodles and soup. Top with cheese slices and crushed potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is browned and casserole is bubbly.
