colleen's stuffed peppers
This is one of my Husband's favorites. I grow the peppers and he comes home with the beef.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 - cup chopped onion
- 2/3 - cup of milk
- 6-8 - buttery crackers ( i use dare cabaret crisp & buttery)
- 4 - shakes of worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large green bell peppers
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese
- - for the sauce
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
How To Make colleen's stuffed peppers

Step 1Boil pot of water

Step 2slice peppers in half and seed. once water is boiling place peppers in the water and boil for 10 minutes.

Step 3mean while mix the first 9 ingredients together.

Step 4drain peppers under cold water, after cool enough to handle stuff with beef mixture.

Step 5spread sauce mixture over top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with mild cheddar cheese and bake 5 more minutes or til cheese is melted.
