- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can cola
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 pounds beef bottom roast, boneless trimmed
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
How To Make cola roast

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, and garlic powder; rub over the surface of the roast.

Step 3In a dutch oven, heat the oil to hot and brown roast on both sides.

Step 4Transfer roast to roasting pan.

Step 5Combine all the remaining ingredients; pour over roast.

Step 6Cover and roast for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender.
