An easy, delicious taco pie, perfect for Cinco de mayo! If you love tacos, you'll love this pie. I serve it w/ sour cream, chopped green onions, and a little salsa.

8 oz cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1-1/2 lb
ground lean beef, or ground turkey breast
1 small
onion, chopped
2 c
reduced-fat, shredded mexican style cheese
1/2 c
1/2 c
chili sauce
2 Tbsp
taco seasoning mix
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp

How to Make Cinco de mayo taco pie


  • 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Unroll 1 can crescent rolls, pinch seams together. Press dough into bottom of pan. Bake for 10 mins.
  • 2Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Cook beef or ground turkey and onion until beef is cooked through. Drain if using ground beef. Stir in cheese and remaining ingredients.
  • 3Stir to mix. Spoon mix over bottom crust. Unroll remaining can of crescent rolls, pinch seams together. Place on a floured surface and roll into a rectangle. Place rectangle over beef mix. Bake 20 mins, or until crust is golden.
