Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cans 14.5 oz mexican stewed tomatoes with juice
- 8 pinches can tomato sauce
- 1 can kidney beans or chili beans
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon each cinnamon and allspice
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pound spaghetti cooked and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions or jalapeno's chopped
- sour cream
How To Make cincinnati style chili mole

Step 1Place the ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet and cook until no longer pink. Drain and add to crock pot.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients up to the spaghetti. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Step 3Serve the chili mole over cooked spaghetti topped with cheese, green onions and sour cream
