Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cans 14.5 oz mexican stewed tomatoes with juice
  • 8 pinches can tomato sauce
  • 1 can kidney beans or chili beans
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon each cinnamon and allspice
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pound spaghetti cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions or jalapeno's chopped
  • sour cream

How To Make cincinnati style chili mole

  • Step 1
    Place the ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet and cook until no longer pink. Drain and add to crock pot.
  • Step 2
    Add the remaining ingredients up to the spaghetti. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Step 3
    Serve the chili mole over cooked spaghetti topped with cheese, green onions and sour cream
