How To Make cincinnati chili

  • Step 1
In larges killet, over medium-high heat, saute onion and ground beef, until beef is browned. Add garlic, chili powder and stir until combined.
  • Step 2
Add allspice, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, cocoa, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, and water.
  • Step 3
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Traditionally Cincinnati Chili is served over spaghetti, we add shredded cheddar cheese on top. This is called a 3-way. This chili is also great on top of hot dogs, add cheese and you have a great cheese coney.....enjoy!
