Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 can 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make cincinnati chili

Step 1In larges killet, over medium-high heat, saute onion and ground beef, until beef is browned. Add garlic, chili powder and stir until combined.

Step 2Add allspice, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, cocoa, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, and water.

Step 3Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Traditionally Cincinnati Chili is served over spaghetti, we add shredded cheddar cheese on top. This is called a 3-way. This chili is also great on top of hot dogs, add cheese and you have a great cheese coney.....enjoy!
