Ingredients

  • 2 c
    chicken flavor or cornbread stuffing
  • 1/2 c
    hot water
  • 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 small
    small onion,chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1-15oz can(s)
    chili with beans
  • 1/2 c
    thawed frozen sweet corn
  • 1/4 c
    sliced ripe olives (optional)
  • ·
    sour cream or fat free

How to Make CHUNCKY CHILI PIE

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350* Mix stuffing and water in a 2-quart casserole.Press evenly into bottom of casserole; set aside. Cook meat and onion in a large skillet on medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink. Remove from heat.Stir in 1 cup of the cheese,chili, corn, and olives until well mixed. Spoon over stuffing in casserole. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.Serve with sour cream and remaining half cheese...
