1 1/2 celbow macaroni, uncooked
1 lbground beef
1 smallonion, chopped
1green pepper, chopped
14 ozcan of petite diced tomatoes, undrained
14 ozcan of kidney beans, drained
1 jar(s)ragu spaghetti sauce, traditional flavor
How to Make Chowder
- Brown meat. Sautee onion with meat about five minutes. Drain.
- Return meat & onions to pot. Add sauce, tomatoes, green pepper, kidney beans & a pinch of sugar. Check taste to see if it's salty/sweet enough. Cook on low for 2 hours.
- Add uncooked macaroni. Cook another 30 minutes on low.
