Ingredients
- - 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- - 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- - 2 cans chicken and rice soup
- - 2 2/3 cup peas
- - 2/3 cup liquid from peas
- - 1 cup finely chopped onion
- - 2 cups finely chopped celery
- - 2 lbs. hamburger
- - 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- - 6 tbsp soy sauce
- - chow mein noodles
How To Make chow mein casserole

Step 1Cook celery until tender.Brown onion and hamburger together.

Step 2Mix all ingredients in large bowl and then put into greased casserole with foil to seal it.

Step 3Bake it 1 hour at 350.

Step 4Cover with chow mein noodles and bake additional 1/2 hour without cover.
