These are the best! So easy. We use to make these and sell at the concession stand at ball games. Of course we made this in batches of 50 lbs of meat for the games. Always sold out!

Ingredients
- 5 pounds stew meat
- 1 bottle bbq sauce (i use kraft hickory flavor)
- 1 - onion
- - salt and pepper
- - water
- - buns
How To Make chopped bbq sandwiches

Step 1Put the stew meat into the pan, salt and pepper. Chop the onion, add to the meat. Add just enough water to cover the meat. Pour the BBQ sauce in and stir.

Step 2Let the meat come to a boil. Stir occationally. Add water as needed. Once the meat starts to soften turn the heat down to a simmer. Stir the meat often. It will start falling apart. Use your wooden spoon to mash or chop the meat occationally. Let simmer until you have the sauce at the consistancy you like.

Step 3Serve on your favorite bun.
