Ingredients For chop suey

1/4 cbutter, cold

1 onion chopped

1 tspsalt and pepper (dash of pepper)

2 cchopped celery

1 1/2 chot water

1 canchinese vegies

2 cbeef stew meat

2 Tbspwater

2 Tbspcorn starch

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspmolasses

1 tspsugar
How To Make chop suey

1Cook meat in pan until lightly browned. Melt butter, add onion and cook 3 min. Add celery, salt and pepper, hot water cover and cook 5 min. Add thickner,stir and cook another minute, add vegies and meat back to pan, cook and cover for 10 mins
