- 2 cups beef stew meat
- THICKNER
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Step 1Cook meat in pan until lightly browned. Melt butter, add onion and cook 3 min. Add celery, salt and pepper, hot water cover and cook 5 min. Add thickner,stir and cook another minute, add vegies and meat back to pan, cook and cover for 10 mins
