- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 - soup can of water
- 8 ounces chow mein noodles

Step 1Brown the ground beef.

Step 2Boil celery, onion and 1 cup water for 15 minutes.

Step 3Place the browned meat, celery mixture and the rest of the ingredients into a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
