Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 package frozen peas
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 - soup can warm water
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 ounces can chow mein noodles

Step 1Brown meat until crumbly, Add onion, celery, peas and soups. Add water to mixture. Stir in rice, soy sauce and pepper. Turn into lightly greased casserole pan, cover. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer. Top with chow mein noodles, and continue to bake 15 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
