My husband normally hates any type of cooked vegetable, but he loves this casserole!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. - hamburger
  • 1 lg can - golden cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans - water chestnuts (i ususally used sliced)
  • 2 cans - bamboo shoots, chopped
  • 1 can - green beans, drained
  • 1 can - bean sprouts - do not drain
  • 1 cup - potato chips, crushed

How To Make chinese hamburger casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown hamburger and drain. In large bowl, combine hamburger, soup, water chestnuts, bambbo shoots, green beans and sprouts.
  • Step 2
    Spread hamburger mixture in 9" x 13" baking pan. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
