Ingredients
- 2 lb. - hamburger
- 1 lg can - golden cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans - water chestnuts (i ususally used sliced)
- 2 cans - bamboo shoots, chopped
- 1 can - green beans, drained
- 1 can - bean sprouts - do not drain
- 1 cup - potato chips, crushed
How To Make chinese hamburger casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown hamburger and drain. In large bowl, combine hamburger, soup, water chestnuts, bambbo shoots, green beans and sprouts.

Step 2Spread hamburger mixture in 9" x 13" baking pan. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
