My husband normally hates any type of cooked vegetable, but he loves this casserole!

  • 2 lb.
  • 1 lg can
    golden cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans
    water chestnuts (i ususally used sliced)
  • 2 cans
    bamboo shoots, chopped
  • 1 can
    green beans, drained
  • 1 can
    bean sprouts - do not drain
  • 1 cup
    potato chips, crushed

How to Make Chinese Hamburger Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown hamburger and drain. In large bowl, combine hamburger, soup, water chestnuts, bambbo shoots, green beans and sprouts.
  2. Spread hamburger mixture in 9" x 13" baking pan. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
