My husband normally hates any type of cooked vegetable, but he loves this casserole!

Ingredients

2 lb.
hamburger
1 lg can
golden cream of mushroom soup
2 cans
water chestnuts (i ususally used sliced)
2 cans
bamboo shoots, chopped
1 can
green beans, drained
1 can
bean sprouts - do not drain
1 cup
potato chips, crushed

How to Make Chinese Hamburger Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown hamburger and drain. In large bowl, combine hamburger, soup, water chestnuts, bambbo shoots, green beans and sprouts.
  • 2Spread hamburger mixture in 9" x 13" baking pan. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
