Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 2 cups celery, cut 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 - onion, chopped
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can chow mein noodles
How To Make chinese chow mein loaf

Step 1Brown the ground pork in deep skillet until it is all separated.

Step 2Add the celery and onion.

Step 3Cook over low heat until the onion is transparent and glazed.

Step 4Meanwhile, place the rice in 2 cups of water and cook for 15 minutes, or until fluffy and tender.

Step 5Rinse the rice in warm water, drain and add to the hamburger mixture.

Step 6Stir in the mushroom soup and celery soup.

Step 7Add the milk, salt and pepper.

Step 8Mix all very thoroughly.

Step 9Put into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle the chow mein noodles over the top.

Step 10Place in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.

Step 11Serve with soy sauce if desired.
