I just found this one online so i havent tested it yet but it sounds amazing!!

1/2 c
diced onion
1/2 c
diced celery
1/2 c
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2 can(s)
mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 c
beef broth
1 can(s)
chow mein noodles

How to Make Chinese Casserole


  • 1Brown beef, onion and celery, add rice, soy sauce, mushroom soup, chicken soup, mushrooms, bean sprouts and broth.
  • 2Place in 2 quart casserole dish; cover. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
  • 3Remove cover, place chow mein noodles over top. Bake for 20 minutes longer.
