I just found this one online so i havent tested it yet but it sounds amazing!!

  • 1 lb
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • 1/2 c
    diced celery
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can(s)
    mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 c
    beef broth
  • 1 can(s)
    chow mein noodles

How to Make Chinese Casserole


  1. Brown beef, onion and celery, add rice, soy sauce, mushroom soup, chicken soup, mushrooms, bean sprouts and broth.
  2. Place in 2 quart casserole dish; cover. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
  3. Remove cover, place chow mein noodles over top. Bake for 20 minutes longer.
