- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup rice, long grain
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 can chow mein noodles

Step 1Cook the hamburger and onion over medium heat until light brown. Add the remaining ingredients.

Step 2Turn into a 3-quart casserole dish. Cover with lid or foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Place 1 can of chow mein noodles over the top and bake 1/2 hour more.
