One of my China Painting Buddies gave me this recipe, many years ago. If I hadn't found JAP I'd be painting! It's great for Pot Luck's!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef *
- 2 cups thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup peas, frozen
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 small onion sweet, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
How To Make chinese casserole

Step 1Brown beef* pork,turkey or chichken. Remove excess fat. Place in 1 1/2 Qt. casserole glass dish.

Step 2Add peas, then celery. Combine soup, milk, seasonings and onion. Place on top of celery , sprinkle with chips (optional)

Step 3Bake 375f 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
