Ingredients
- 1 pound beef flanked steak
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 medium onion (cut into small wedges)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup bean sprouts (fresh or canned)
How To Make chinese beef and broccoli

Step 1Cut flanked steak across grain into thin slices. Cut slices into 3" lengths. Stir fry beef in 2 Tbs of oil over high heat for about 2 minutes. Transfer beef to a plate.

Step 2Add remaining oil to skillet. Add broccoli, onions & salt. Cover and cook over high heat about 2 minutes, shaking skillet often for even cooking.

Step 3Combine beef broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and stir into the hot vegetables. Add beef and been sprouts. Cook, stirring until sauce boils and thickens. Enjoy!
