  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 10 3/4 ounces can cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 3/4 ounces can cream of chicken soup
  • 15 ounces can bean sprouts, undrained
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 can chow mein noodles

How To Make china beef noodle casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except chow mein noodles, in a large casserole. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes. Top with chow mein noodles and cover. Cook for 30 minutes more. Makes 8-10 servings.
