How to Make Chimichangas
- brown the beef in a skillet, drain, stir in chilis and taco sauce, simmer 5 min.
- spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture along one side of tortillas, fold in sides and roll up and secure with a tookpick
- deep fry in 350 degree deep fryer, drain.
melt cheese with a little cream and butter.
top with cheese sauce,sour cream and onions
