Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 - 8 inch torillas
- 1 can green chillies
- 1 package white shreded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 cups old el paso taco sauce
- - sour cream
- - heavy cream
How To Make chimichangas

Step 1brown the beef in a skillet, drain, stir in chilis and taco sauce, simmer 5 min.

Step 2spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture along one side of tortillas, fold in sides and roll up and secure with a tookpick

Step 3deep fry in 350 degree deep fryer, drain. melt cheese with a little cream and butter. top with cheese sauce,sour cream and onions
