    ground beef
  • 12
    8 inch torillas
  • 1 can(s)
    green chillies
  • 1 pkg
    white shreded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 c
    old el paso taco sauce
  • ·
    sour cream
  • ·
    heavy cream

How to Make Chimichangas

Step-by-Step

  1. brown the beef in a skillet, drain, stir in chilis and taco sauce, simmer 5 min.
  2. spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture along one side of tortillas, fold in sides and roll up and secure with a tookpick
  3. deep fry in 350 degree deep fryer, drain.

    melt cheese with a little cream and butter.

    top with cheese sauce,sour cream and onions
