pasta of choice
1/2 medium
onion, chopped
1/2
orange bell pepper
3 Tbsp
chilli powder
2 Tbsp
cumin
1 tsp
oregano, dried
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 lb
lean ground beef
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes
2 small can(s)
tomato sauce
4 clove
garlic, fresh
1/2
habanero pepper, fresh
seasoning salt
onion power
black pepper

How to Make Chili Mac

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook pasta
  • 2Heat oil, add onions, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, and oregano in a skillet. Cook until veggies start to soften.
  • 3Add ground beef. Cook until brown.
  • 4Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic and habanero pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 5Season to taste with the rest of the ingredients.
  • 6Stir in cooked pasta.
