- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- - salt and pepper
- 1 can (7 oz) green chilies
- 1/2 pound grated monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
- 4 - eggs, slightly beatened
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. BROWN MEAT WITH PEPPER, ONION, OREGANO, GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER. SPREAD CHILI PEPPERS ACROSS BOTTOM OF A GREASED BAKING DISH. COVER WITH THE MEAT MIXTURE. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE.

Step 2COMBINE EGGS, HALF AND HALF, AND FLOUR. POUR OVER THE TOP.

Step 3BAKE IN OVEN FOR 45 MINUTES. POUR TOMATO SAUCE OVER THE TOP AND THEN BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES LONGER.
