1green pepper, chopped

1 mediumonion, chopped

1/4 tsporegano

1garlic clove, minced

1 can(s)(7 oz) green chilies

1/2 lbgrated monterey jack cheese

1/2 lbgrated cheddar cheese

4eggs, slightly beatened
-
1 chalf and half
-
1 Tbspflour
-
1 can(s)(8 ounce) tomato sauce
How to Make CHILI RELLENO PIE
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. BROWN MEAT WITH PEPPER, ONION, OREGANO, GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER. SPREAD CHILI PEPPERS ACROSS BOTTOM OF A GREASED BAKING DISH. COVER WITH THE MEAT MIXTURE. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE.
- COMBINE EGGS, HALF AND HALF, AND FLOUR. POUR OVER THE TOP.
- BAKE IN OVEN FOR 45 MINUTES. POUR TOMATO SAUCE OVER THE TOP AND THEN BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES LONGER.
