I made this chili a couple of nights ago.. It was delicious. I think I liked it because it had less chili powder than I usually put in my chili plus the chipotle and adobo rather than cumin. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can 6 oz tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons adobo powder
- 3 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons refridgerated cilantro blend, or half a bunch of cilantro
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 3 teaspoons minced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced/mashed
- 2 cans 15 oz cans pinto beans or black beans
- 3 tablespoons masa harina
- 2 tablespoons smashed canned chipotle in adobo.

Step 1brown the beef, onions and garlic in some olive oil. add the chipotle and chili powder, cook for a minute or two. Then add the tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes, beans and spices. cover with water ... to about 2 inches above the meat. Then mix the masa with a little water and stir into the chili. bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 min.
