Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 8 ounces dry macaroni noodles
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
How To Make chili-macaroni skillet

Step 1Combine beef, onion and green pepper in a heavy skillet; cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well.

Step 2Stir in next 6 ingredients. Add 2 soup cans of water. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20-25 minutes, or until pasta is thoroughly cooked and all liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Yield 6 servings

Step 3Add water in half cup intervals if pasta hasn't cooked and too much liquid has absorbed.
