  • 8 oz
    large elbow macaroni (uncooked)
  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 c
    onions (chopped)
  • 1 clove
    garlic (minced)
  • 14 1/2 oz
    canned tomatoes (chopped)
  • 3 c
  • 2 (8) oz
    cans tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 15 1/2 oz
    ranch style beans or pinto beans (optional)

How to Make Chili mac


  1. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in a 4 qt. saucepan; drain. Add tomatoes, water, tomato sauce and seasonings, bring to a boil. reduce heat to low. cover, simmer 10 minutes, stir in uncooked macaroni and beans. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
