large elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1 lb
lean ground beef
1 c
onions (chopped)
1 clove
garlic (minced)
14 1/2 oz
canned tomatoes (chopped)
3 c
2 (8) oz
cans tomato sauce
1 Tbsp
chili powder
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
15 1/2 oz
ranch style beans or pinto beans (optional)

How to Make Chili mac


  • 1Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in a 4 qt. saucepan; drain. Add tomatoes, water, tomato sauce and seasonings, bring to a boil. reduce heat to low. cover, simmer 10 minutes, stir in uncooked macaroni and beans. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
