Ingredients
- 1 large can chili with beans
- 1 - 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 - stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- - Chili powder, to taste
- - Grated Cheese
- - Fritos, original
How To Make chili-frito casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef, celery and onion; drain. Add chili and chili powder. Simmer until heated through, adding a small amount of liquid, if necessary.

Step 2Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3In prepared casserole dish, layer meat mixture, cheese, then fritos. Repeat, ending with fritos.

Step 4Bake at 350° until heated through and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
