Ingredients
- 5 - eggs
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 can chili
- 1 cup cheddar or jack cheese
- OPTIONAL
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can corn, or veggie of choice

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 Degrees. Put butter in cast iron skillet and place in oven to melt.

Step 2in large bowl Beat eggs with milk

Step 3mix in cornmeal and flour

Step 4Pour mixture into cast iron skillet

Step 5add optional ingredients, spoon in chili

Step 6Top with cheese and bake for 25 min.
