chili cheese fries--casserole
Maybe it's just because I love chili cheese fries..but I'm thinking this is an amazing idea ..especially when serving to a family of teenage boys! The original recipe is from: www.budjetsavvydiva.com I doubled it to serve my family and gave it my own spin.

Ingredients
- 1 - onion--minced
- 2 cloves garlic--minced
- 2 packages 28-oz each frozen straight cut french fries
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 2 cans hunts pasta sauce..green pepper w/onion blend
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwd
- 1 teaspoon onion pwd
- 1 teaspoon chili pwd
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- - copious amounts of shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make chili cheese fries--casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 425 degrees and cook fries till crispy..about 20 min. While the fries are baking-->Brown ground beef w/chopped onion and garlic..drain

Step 2Add pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder and pasta sauce to beef and mix.

Step 3Pour sauce into greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with hot & crispy fries. COVER with shredded cheddar cheese to your liking.

Step 4Retur to the oven until the cheese has melted.
