1Heat oil, add onion, and garlic cook til onions are clear.
2Add beef, chiles, and seasoning mix. Cook until the meat is browned. Stir in tomatoes, salsa, water, chocolate chips, almonds, and cinnamon. Bring all of this to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Add the pinto beans last and heat for 15 minutes longer.
3Garnish with broken taco shells, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, or diced tomatoes.
