its quick chili, thick and filling you can add some green pepper and garlic or celery or whatever you like to this, but it doesn't need it. I usually have these things on hand, so its really quick.

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds ground beef
  • 4 cans chili man chili 2with & 2 w/o beans
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 4 packages chili man chili seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 each teaspoon salt and pepper

How To Make chili

  • Step 1
    In a large pot brown ground beef with onions.Drain grease off.
  • Step 2
    Add everthing else and simmer about 30 minutes or longer, stirring every once in a while, until chili thickens and your ready to eat.
  • Step 3
    I serve it with crackers, diced onion, cheddar cheese, jalepenos and sour cream on the side.
