This is my dads recipe. Some times I add pork or chicken to the chili. I think its good with cornbread. Don't cook in any cast iron pots.

Ingredients

2 lbhamberger - browned
-
1 smallonion, chopped
-
3 smallred, yellow and green bell peppers
-
2 can(s)mexican tomatos
-
1 can(s)tomato sauce (small can)
-
1/2 tsporegano
-
1/2 tspcumin
-
1 1/2 Tbspchili powder
-
·salt and pepper to taste
-
4 cwater (depends on how runny you want it)

1 can(s)ranch beans
How to Make Chili
- Brown the hamburger, then add onion in to soften.
- Once hamburger is browned and onion is softened add all other ingredients.
- Cook for two hours on low heat. Serve with cheese, sour cream and any other condiments you want.
