Ingredients
- 1 pkg. - meatloaf mixture
- 3lbs. - hamburger meat
- 1 stack - saltine crackers
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup - milk
- dash - salt
- 1/2 tsp. - pepper
- 1 small - onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup - milk
- 1/4 - large velvetta chesse- chunk it up and put it in the middle of the meat and cover with some of the meat
- 1/2 - bell pepper (if desired)
How To Make chessy meatloaf

Step 1put it in a baking dish and cook at 350 for about 30 minutes to 45 or until meat is done.

Step 2topping for meat is 1/4 catsup, 3 tlbs mustard, 1/2 cup brown sugar or to taste mix together and pour over meatloaf when all done to give some more flavor !!!
