This is a very tasty, easy casserole and a favorite at our house! My daughters always ask me to makke this for their "birthday dinner"

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces shredded cheese(any kind youd like)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package frozen tator tots or potato crowns
How To Make cheesy tator tot casserole

Step 1Cook ground beef until no longer pink, drain. Add soups, sour cream, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 4 oz of the cheese. Mix well until all is combined. Pour meat mixture nto a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Top with remainder of shredded cheese, then layer tots until all of the casserole is covered. Sprinkle tots with 1/2 tsp of salt if desired. bake in a 375 degree oven until tots are golden brown and crispy. I love serving this alongside green beans and dinner rolls
