Ingredients For cheesy meatloaf

  • 1
    egg
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    onion,chopped
  • 1/4 c
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • SAUCE
  • 2/3 c
    ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    regular mustard

How To Make cheesy meatloaf

  • 1
    Mix egg and milk together and beat in bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients for meat mixture and form meatloaf. Place in a greased large loaf pan. (I used nonstick spray) SAUCE: Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard, and pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350°F for 1hr 45 minutes.
