How to Make Cheesy Meatball Subs
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine crackers and ground beef in a large bowl. Form two tablespoons of meat mix into 12 balls and press a cube of cheese into each ball, making sure entire cube is covered.
- Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, flip over and bake for an additional 4 minutes.
- In a saucepan mix together spaghetti sauce, basil, and bacon bits. Bring to a boil and reduce to heat to keep sauce warm while toasting hot dog buns. Turn broiler on and open hot dog buns face up on a baking sheet and broil until crisp and dark around edges.
- Put three meatballs on a hot dog bun and spoon spaghetti sauce over meatballs. ENJOY!!!
