ground beef
16 oz
tomatoes, canned whole and undrained
6 oz
tomato paste
1 Tbsp
chili powder
1 Tbsp
minced onion
1 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
2 c
corn chips


1Brown meat, stir in tomatoes, paste and seasonings.
2Simmer 10 minutes and add cheese, stir until melted.
3Serve over chips.
