Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 16 ounces tomatoes, canned whole and undrained
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups corn chips

How To Make cheesy chili and chips

  • Step 1
    Brown meat, stir in tomatoes, paste and seasonings.
  • Step 2
    Simmer 10 minutes and add cheese, stir until melted.
  • Step 3
    Serve over chips.
