uncooked long-grain and wild rice

diced red onion

chopped green bell pepper

cooked,sliced sirloin steaks(about 3 steaks)

shredded monterey jack cheese

shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c
shredded colby jack cheese
1/2 c
shredded parmesan cheese
1 can(s)
condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c
crumbled cooked bacon bits
3/4 c
crumbled blue cheese

How to Make Cheesy Meltdown Cheesesteak Casserole


  • 1In a saucepan bring water to a boil.Add rice and stir.
    Reduce heat,cover and simmer for 20 minutes.Set aside.
    Melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in a medium skillet over medium heat;saute onion and bell pepper until soft.
  • 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 3Combine the steak,rice,onion and bell pepper in a 9x13-inch baking dish.Stir in cheeses,soup and bacon;mix with crumbled blue cheese.Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes,until the cheeses are bubbly.
