2 cuncooked long-grain and wild rice

1/2 Tbspbutter

1packet taco seasoning mix

2 cfrench fried onions

3 1/2 ccooked,sliced sirloin steaks(about 3 steaks)

1 cshredded monterey jack cheese

1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cshredded colby jack cheese

1/2 cshredded parmesan cheese

1 cancondensed cheddar cheese soup

1 ccrumbled cooked bacon bits

3/4 ccrumbled blue cheese
How To Make cheesy meltdown cheesesteak casserole

1In a saucepan bring water to a boil.Add rice and stir. Reduce heat,cover and simmer for 20 minutes.Set aside.

2Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a medium skillet over medium heat;saute onion and bell pepper until soft.Season with taco seasoning

3Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.Add french fried onions.

4Combine the steak,rice,onion and bell pepper in a prepared baking dish.Stir in cheeses,soup and bacon;mix well.top with crumbled blue cheese.Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes,until the cheeses are bubbly.
