Homemade Cheesy Beef Enchiladas everyone will love (including the kiddos). I'm not a big fan of spicy stuff so I use mild seasonings and sauces (this Frontera sauce is still mild even after cooking)

Ingredients For cheesy beef enchiladas

  • 3 lb
    hamburger meat
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning (mild)
  • 1 tube
    cream cheese 8oz (cut into small cubes)
  • 3 pkg
    velveeta cheese sauce
  • 4 pkg
    frontera red enchilada sauce 8oz (mild)
  • 16
    flour tortillas
  • 1 pkg
    mexican style shredded cheese 8oz
  • 1/2 c
    milk

How To Make cheesy beef enchiladas

    Brown Hamburger meat Drain.
  • 2
    Add taco seasoning, milk, cream cheese and Velveeta cheese. Cook till cheese is melted.

    Add small amount of enchilada sauce to bottom of baking side. Pour remaining sauce into bowl.

    Dip tortillas into enchilada sauce, add 2 1/2 tablespoons of meat mixture in tortillas. Roll tortillas, seam side down.

    Top enchiladas with remaining sauce and add cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Service with your favorite Mexican rice and Refried beans (add milk & cheese to beans when cooking for a twist).
