Homemade Cheesy Beef Enchiladas everyone will love (including the kiddos). I'm not a big fan of spicy stuff so I use mild seasonings and sauces (this Frontera sauce is still mild even after cooking)

Ingredients
- 3 pounds hamburger meat
- 1 package taco seasoning (mild)
- 1 tube cream cheese 8oz (cut into small cubes)
- 3 packages velveeta cheese sauce
- 4 packages frontera red enchilada sauce 8oz (mild)
- 16 - flour tortillas
- 1 package mexican style shredded cheese 8oz
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make cheesy beef enchiladas

Step 1Brown Hamburger meat Drain.

Step 2Add taco seasoning, milk, cream cheese and Velveeta cheese. Cook till cheese is melted.

Step 3Add small amount of enchilada sauce to bottom of baking side. Pour remaining sauce into bowl.

Step 4Dip tortillas into enchilada sauce, add 2 1/2 tablespoons of meat mixture in tortillas. Roll tortillas, seam side down.

Step 5Top enchiladas with remaining sauce and add cheese.

Step 6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Step 7Service with your favorite Mexican rice and Refried beans (add milk & cheese to beans when cooking for a twist).
