Homemade Cheesy Beef Enchiladas everyone will love (including the kiddos). I'm not a big fan of spicy stuff so I use mild seasonings and sauces (this Frontera sauce is still mild even after cooking)

Ingredients For cheesy beef enchiladas

3 lbhamburger meat

1 pkgtaco seasoning (mild)

1 tubecream cheese 8oz (cut into small cubes)

3 pkgvelveeta cheese sauce

4 pkgfrontera red enchilada sauce 8oz (mild)

16flour tortillas
-
1 pkgmexican style shredded cheese 8oz

1/2 cmilk
How To Make cheesy beef enchiladas

1Brown Hamburger meat Drain.

2Add taco seasoning, milk, cream cheese and Velveeta cheese. Cook till cheese is melted.

3Add small amount of enchilada sauce to bottom of baking side. Pour remaining sauce into bowl.

4Dip tortillas into enchilada sauce, add 2 1/2 tablespoons of meat mixture in tortillas. Roll tortillas, seam side down.

5Top enchiladas with remaining sauce and add cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Service with your favorite Mexican rice and Refried beans (add milk & cheese to beans when cooking for a twist).
