Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice but best with larger pasta shapes
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 2-3 tablespoons better than bouillon chili base depending on taste for spice
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese grated
  • 4 green onions chopped

How To Make cheesy beef chili pasta with peas

  • Step 1
    In a large pan brown the burger with the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Once the beef is cooked add the milk, beef stock, chili base and pasta.
  • Step 2
    Cook over medium high heat until pasta is tender. Add the cheese and stir until it is melted
  • Step 3
    Add the green onions and peas and cook about 5 more minutes.
