Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- salt and pepper
- 8 ounces pasta of choice but best with larger pasta shapes
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2-3 tablespoons better than bouillon chili base depending on taste for spice
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese grated
- 4 green onions chopped
How To Make cheesy beef chili pasta with peas

Step 1In a large pan brown the burger with the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Once the beef is cooked add the milk, beef stock, chili base and pasta.

Step 2Cook over medium high heat until pasta is tender. Add the cheese and stir until it is melted

Step 3Add the green onions and peas and cook about 5 more minutes.
