cheesey ground beef & rice

i came up with this recipe by using what I had on hand on a cold day that I had no time to shop or cook! It was a hit and my family asks for it weekly and there's never any leftovers to pack up & put away. Its quick & easy. Beast of all it's delicious! feel free to use more/less ingredients to taste. Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- to taste - salt , pepper & garlic powder
- 5 dashes tabasko
- 5 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups rice of choice (follow pkg directions to prepair)
- SAUCE
- 1 1/3 cups shredded mexican cheese mixture
- 1/2 cup cheese wiz brick cheese
- 1 cup milk, if not thin enough, add more
- 4 dashes tabasko
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make cheesey ground beef & rice

Step 1make rice according to directions, set aside. dice onion & mince garlic

Step 2brown ground beef, onion & garlic. add salt, pepper, garlic powder, worchestershire sauce & tabasko sauce remove from pan

Step 3lower heat, using same skillet, add milk, butter and cheese. whisk to help melt and keep from sticking.

Step 4add tabasko, then mix in rice to coat

Step 5mix in beef mixture, turn off heat & serve!
